KOKAO ("we", "us") a subsidiary of ASMI Enterprises, is an AI personal branding app that creates content, generates images and publishes to your social media accounts. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. By using KOKAO you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
Account details — your name, email address and password (stored hashed) when you sign up.
Brand profile — the answers you give about your niche, tone, goals and style, plus any past posts you share to train your brand voice.
Content you create — drafts, prompts, generated posts and images stored in your library and calendar.
Connected accounts — when you link a social platform we store the access tokens that platform issues. We never see or store your social media passwords.
Usage & device data — pages visited, features used, browser type and IP address, collected to keep the service secure and improve it.
Payment details — processed by our payment provider; we never store your full card number.
How we use your information
To generate content and images in your voice, schedule and publish posts to the platforms you connect, show you analytics about your published content, provide support, process payments, and keep the service secure. We also use aggregated, de-identified usage data to improve KOKAO.
AI processing
Your prompts, brand profile and drafts are processed by AI models to generate your content and images. Your private data is not used to train models for other customers, and your drafts remain yours — you own the content KOKAO creates for you.
Sharing with third parties
We share data only with services needed to run KOKAO: AI model providers (to generate your content), the social platforms you connect (to publish your posts), our payment processor, and infrastructure/analytics providers. Each is bound by contract to protect your data. We never sell your personal information.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and a small number of analytics cookies to understand how KOKAO is used. You can block non-essential cookies in your browser without losing core functionality.
Data retention & deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. Delete your account from Settings and your profile, content library and connected-account tokens are removed within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep records longer (e.g. billing).
Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Social platform tokens are stored encrypted, and access to production data is restricted and logged.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and similar laws), you may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
KOKAO is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes we will notify you by email or in the app before they take effect. The date at the top always reflects the latest version.
